We offer three different products to assist you in finding new locations. The most sophisticated is the MPSI® New Site Search product, which provides volume projections that incorporate your facility characteristics, brand, merchandising and pricing strategies. The MPSI Hot Spot Analysis solution provides a location volume projection that reflects the 'dirt strength' of each traffic point. These projections highlight the site's demand potential but do not take into account what you plan to build or how you plan to set prices at the site. The MPSI Intersection Ranking study does not provide volume projections, but instead ranks the major intersections based on key statistics about the supply and demand of the surrounding trade area.

The MPSI® Geocoding services provide a quick and cost-effective way for you to assign latitude and longitude coordinates to your address information. We also use the Mosaic™ Lifestyle Segmentation data to add valuable census block group information to your GIS applications so that you can evaluate the profile of your customers. This dynamic map-based tool provides detailed mapping, plus comprehensive demographics provided by the pre-eminent source of accurate demographic data. If you have a need to evaluate markets down to the smallest available U.S. census geographic area, MPSI's Census 2000 Boundaries product is the solution for you. This product is available in all major GIS and database formats and includes demographic variables.

When you need affordable U.S. street files for your GIS applications, check out the MPSI® TIGERmetrix product, which translates the latest release of census TIGER® files into common GIS formats. If you need to evaluate markets down to the smallest available U.S. census geographic area, then MPSI's Census 2000 Boundaries product is the answer. This product is available in all major GIS and database formats and includes demographic variables.

With more than 1.5 million traffic counts across the U.S., the MPSI® TrafficMetrix® product is a critical tool for any business that needs to know how many cars drive by a particular location. MPSI also has traffic count data available for more than 20 countries worldwide. The TrafficMetrix product provides traffic data with latitude and longitude coordinates for use in your own GIS applications. However, if you do not have a GIS application, but still have a need to access our traffic data, then take a look at our MapMetrix® online service. MapMetrix provides extensive traffic counts that you can easily overlay on maps or aerials, or view in report format.
