You will need to assign a primary contact person to work with our Consultant in defining objectives, data requirements, etc.
Following are the requirements for the online application:

Browser Settings: Please allow for Cookies and JavaScript when using this product
Adobe® Reader® to read PDF files (free download)
SQL Report Driver: Please allow the Microsoft® SQL Server® print driver (RS Client) to install via an ActiveX® prompt through your browser the first time you print. This is a onetime process and is not required for all reports.
